About the Position

The Project Manager is responsible to lead the project team in the successful completion of the projects assigned. Projects should be completed within budget, protecting profit margin, in accordance with client schedule requirements while building long-lasting relationships and protecting the best interest of all parties involved.
  • PM is 100% Responsible for achieving overall project profit margin, budget, and schedule requirements by leading, managing, holding accountable, and training & mentoring Project Team: Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer
  • Lead project team in correct project planning steps
  • Have knowledge of project progress throughout the project
  • Receive, administrate, document, and communicate project changes throughout the project
  • Scope of work included (from super plan)
  • Bill fairly and accurately with no large swings in under/overbilling
  • Ensure change orders are billed in a timely manner
  • Strategically protect the best interests of all parties involved with the project
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, internal project team, vendors, subcontractors and suppliers

The work hours and schedule at Trinity Grading vary based on your role and the specific project you are assigned to. Typically, projects adhere to a Monday through Friday daytime work schedule, but there may be instances where night or weekend work is necessary.
