About the Position

The Foreman will lead the crew by setting vision, proper execution, providing training, and holding crew accountable for completing work in accordance with the Trinity guiding principles and core values. The Field Operations Department is responsible to protect life, protect profits, to build per plans & specs and to build relationships. Key responsibilities include:
  • LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability) Lead personnel through holding accountable, career development, coaching, teaching, training, mentoring, and reviews.
  • Demand & cultivate safety culture, including adherence to applicable rules & regulations, training, & PPE.
  • Be accountable for the quality of the work performed by you, your crew, or your subs.
  • Review superintendent provided work order plan details to understand, agree, or propose revisions, then plan foreman to work order plan:
  • Scope of work included (from super plan)
  • Schedule: time, duration, crew size, equipment needs, production rates provided by Super's plan; agree, or propose changes
  • Subcontractor/Vendor set up
  • Execute plan agreed to by Foreman & Super
